100% of the shares in a Polish manufacturing and trading company operating in the plastics processing sector are for sale. The company possesses globally recognised brands, technology, its own product portfolio, an injection moulding plant, production facilities and an R&D department. It has been operating on the market for over 30 years, selling its products worldwide.

Revenue: historically, an average of approx. PLN 75 million per year. In 2025, following the reorganisation of operations, the development of new products using new technology, and investments in preparation for the next phase of scaling up, revenue amounted to approximately PLN 15 million.

EBITDA: approx. 12%
