Its scope of activity includes the installation of flooring, as well as repair and modernisation work. The company’s key assets are its operational experience, a qualified team, specialist technical expertise and relationships with clients and suppliers. The company generates annual revenue of approximately PLN 15 million, with a net profit margin of at least 10 per cent. It employs 25 staff and has a proven network of partners and subcontractors. The transaction may be of interest to an industry-specific investor, a main contractor or managers planning a management buy-out and the further development of the company.
