Costs of the process
This cooperation option is based on a transparent and flexible billing model, which we adapt to the specifics of the transaction and your needs.
Performance fee – calculated based on the value and results of the transaction.
Fees for performing necessary activities in the process, such as: preparing a purchase strategy, drafting letters of intent, submitting bids, conducting due diligence, preparing for the conclusion of the transaction, finalising the transaction, and the post-acquisition integration phase.
The amount of commission and costs of the process depends on factors such as the size of the transaction, the location of the company and the size of the target market.
Part of the commission is paid only after the integration process is complete, which gives you confidence that our actions are focused on the long-term success of your investment.
